Technical Parameter
3. Sputtering process: CIGS target material (atomic ratio customized by the customer, conventional: 1:0.7:0.3:2) or copper gallium alloy target material (CuGa) first sputtered as precursor, followed by selenization (Se atmosphere or H2Se).
4. Printing technology: CIGS powder - Preparation of organic solution - Printing - Low temperature sublimation of organic matter.
5. Spraying process: CIG nano powder -- post selenidation. (Due to the special nature of selenium, CIGS nano powder cannot be prepared for the time being.)
Test: ICP-MS, XRD (CIGS powder has the structure of zinc blende Chalcopyrite.)
